Our church choir provides leadership for all aspects of music in our worship. Prior to the pandemic we met every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. to prepare the music for Sunday worship and special occasions. We also meet a little before the service each Sunday to review and warm-up. The choir leads the hymns and responses as well as preparing a special selection several times per month. This could be a solo, duet or the whole choir. The music is not difficult, and you do not need to be able to read music to join. Just a good ear and desire to sing. We sing a wide variety of styles and repertoire from classical to popular. We also use a variety of accompaniments using our pipe organ, piano, synthesizer, solo instruments and yes even occasionally acapella.
