Worship This Week!

Scripture – Exodus 2:23-25; 3:1-15; 4:10-17

Sermon – Rooted in Relationship

Things I am Pondering:

  • How do we hear God say, “Here I am?”
  • How do we respond when we do hear?
  • What relationships do we want to nourish?
  • How do we choose courage over fear?

It’s also World Communion Sunday, so we will be celebrating the Sacrament of Communion, with rice crackers and grapes. They will be available at the door as you arrive. For those joining us on Facebook Live or Zoom, you are invited to have something on hand to eat and drink. Tea and toast, crackers and juice, pastry and coffee!

I attended the Opening Ceremonies of the Mi’kmaw Friendship Centre’s Weekend of Reconciliation on Thursday, there’s a whole series of events happening Friday and Saturday, check out the poster below. Here are a couple of pictures as well.

The Executive and Transition Team are meeting together on Monday evening to discuss where we are in the Interim Ministry process, options for future ministry at Stairs, I would invite you to hold all of us in prayer and you will be hearing all about that in the coming weeks.

We love to hear from our readers!
